Non-payment as at when due = 5% monthly default fee on the outstanding balance.
If default continues for 3+ months, Cozy Havens Ltd may revoke the sale and refund
less 40% administrative charges.

Yes. Refunds are processed less 40% administrative charges. Refunds take up to 24
weeks to process. Where a purchaser fails to complete payment at the expiration of
the agreed payment plan, the reserved plot shall be automatically forfeited and Cozy
Havens Ltd reserves the right to cancel the subscription. In such cases, any monies
paid will be refunded after deducting forty percent (40%) of the purchase price as
administrative charges. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within
twenty-four (24) weeks. Please note that once physical allocation has been carried

purchaser’s name, no refund will be permitted.

Yes. Prices are reviewed periodically based on market conditions, development
